Privacy & Cookies
This page explains how we handle your data and our use of cookies.
Privacy
We do not collect personal data for marketing. The site offers free online tools (text case converter, word counter, CSV to JSON, expense splitter, daily sticky notes, and others) that run in your browser or use minimal server storage.
Expense Splitter: If you create an expense group, we store the group name, list of people, and expenses on our server so you can share one link. This data is not linked to your identity. We may delete old groups after a period (e.g. 30 days) to save space.
Daily Sticky Notes: Without signing in, notes for today are stored only in your browser (local storage), not on our servers. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares a stable account identifier and basic profile information (such as email and name) with us so we can save your notes on our server. We store your notes per calendar date in a database file on our server. We may delete notes whose calendar date is older than the retention period set in our configuration (for example, approximately six months, implemented as a rolling window by date). You can download a CSV export of your saved notes from the tool while signed in. Signing out clears your session cookie on our site; it does not delete server data by itself. To request deletion of data tied to your Google sign-in, contact us using the email on our Contact page.
Sessions and cookies: When you use Google sign-in for Daily Sticky Notes, we set a session cookie so we know which account you are using. That cookie is necessary for the feature to work.
We do not sell your data. Third-party advertising on this site (e.g. Google AdSense) may collect data according to their own policies when you accept cookies.
